By using Call Latinas, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. This Agreement contains an arbitration provision and class action waiver.
You must be 18+ to use the Platform. By using it, you confirm you are 18 or older and can enter binding agreements.
Call Latinas enables Creators to offer paid messaging, calls, and content to Fans. We facilitate connections but are not party to transactions between users.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We make no guarantees about availability, functionality, or earnings.
CREDITS ARE NOT CURRENCY AND HAVE NO CASH VALUE. They exist only within the Platform.
Credit pricing may change anytime. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Credits cannot be transferred outside the Platform. Credits may be forfeited upon account termination. The Company is not liable for loss of Credits for any reason.
Creators earn Credits through messages, calls, content sales, and tips. Revenue share percentages are set by the Company and may change anytime.
IMPORTANT PAYOUT TERMS:
THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE CREATORS WILL RECEIVE PAYMENT. You accept the risk of not receiving some or all anticipated earnings.
Creators are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes.
Fans use Credits for Creator content and services. All transactions are final. Spending Credits grants a limited viewing license, not ownership.
We make no guarantees about any Creator's identity, responsiveness, or continued presence.
No illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, fraud, circumventing systems, automated access, off-platform transactions, credential sharing, or multiple accounts.
Creators own their content but grant us license to display it on the Platform. We may remove any content anytime without notice.
The Platform offers various account types with different permissions. Some accounts may have delegated access to other accounts, including the ability to view and send messages on behalf of others. If you grant account access to third parties, you assume all risk for their actions.
WE MAY TERMINATE ANY ACCOUNT ANYTIME, FOR ANY REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE.
Upon termination: access ends immediately, Credits are forfeited, pending earnings may be forfeited. We are not liable for any termination.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, if any.
We are not liable for: loss of Credits or earnings, payout failures, other users' conduct, user content, unauthorized access, or Platform interruptions.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge: you may lose money, Credits may become worthless, payouts aren't guaranteed, the Platform may shut down, users may commit fraud, we don't verify identities, your content may be copied, and we may change anything anytime.
ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, NOT COURT. You waive the right to participate in class actions. You may opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms by contacting us.
We may modify these Terms or any Platform aspect anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
YOU CONFIRM YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
